Assignment was to create an illustrated magazine cover. I intended to visually display the idea that birds evolved from dinosaurs. The thumbnail sketches show my exploration of how to effectively portray the idea, different angles, and arrangement. I began with sketching just one bird, but after critique from my professor, I added more to make the illustration more interesting and engaging.
